FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

All pets over seven months of age MUST be spayed or neutered (or have written veterinary reason) to participate in open play areas. Unaltered pets are welcome but will have PRIVATE playtimes ONLY and can be accommodated in our suites.

Vaccinations:

1.  Dogs 16 weeks of age and older must have veterinary proof of current rabies, distemper combo and bordetella* (kennel cough).
2.  Puppies under 16 weeks must have veterinary proof of up to date distemper combo and bordetella* (kennel cough).
3.  We request that all pets be on a topical flea and tick preventative (preferably from a veterinarian). Flea collars are not allowed.
4.  Monthly heartworm preventative is recommended.

*Bordetella (commonly referred to as kennel cough) is air borne and very contagious. It is not life threatening and may be not be given routinely by your veterinarian so must be requested to be given. We prefer that Bordetella be given 48 hours prior to attendance. As with any vaccine, there is no guarantee that your pet is 100% protected.

Application: Fill out the application for Hudson or Stillwater and press send, after receipt we will contact your veterinary clinic to verify current vaccinations and then contact you to confirm information and your reservation times.
